Renee C. Miller D.D.S.
Hello patient family,
It’s an honor to provide a dental home to you and your family.
A career in dentistry was an aspiration of mine from a young age, as I grew up with dentistry in my family. My brother and I were both raised by our loving parents in Ann Arbor, MI. GO BLUE! I attended Albion College as a pre-dental student. Dentistry was always my north star which led me to my dental degree from The University of Michigan.
I have maintained good standing membership with the following organizations:
- Michigan Dental Association (MDA)
- American Dental Association (ADA)
- American Academy of General Dentistry (AAGD)
- Dawson Academy Scholar
- American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE)
It is important that as a team we continue obtaining a higher level of advanced dental education that translates to optimal dental care for our patients. In 2020 I completed a residency with the Dawson Academy where I developed a skill set to predictably diagnose and treat extremely complex dental cases. My fellowship through the American Academy of General Dentistry (AAGD) has provided me with a knowledge base and skill set from over 500 hours of completed dental education. Facial esthetics is a cornerstone of dental esthetics as the face frames the teeth. Understanding this importance motivated me to seek training and implement the use of Botox and injectables into our practice. I am certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) to treat wrinkle formation and improve facial contours through Botox and Dermal Filler procedures. I further developed my training with Botox to treat clenching, grindings, and other temporomandibular (TMJ) related conditions.
As a member of the Resnik Implant Institute, I will complete a surgical implant program with over 100 hours of surgical implant training. This will maintain and bring new implant expertise to you and our practice alongside Dr. Cooper.
I am married to my college sweetheart Andrew, a Grosse Pointe native, and now a practicing attorney in Detroit. In Grosse Pointe we share a home with our daughter, Emma, and our yellow lab, Murphy. When away from the office, I enjoy walks with my family, traveling, cooking, and gardening. I am fortunate to serve my community and surrounding and I look forward to building a strong connection as a new member of The Grosse Pointe Rotary club.
The team and I welcome you to have an exceptional dental experience where personalized quality care, advanced dentistry, and the achievement of optimal oral health join together. We look forward to seeing you.
